Delete your MENO account

You can request deletion of your MENO account and associated data from this page.

How to request deletion

1. Send your request from the email address registered with MENO.
2. Use the subject MENO account deletion request.
3. Include your registered email address and the account name or user ID if available.

What we delete

After we verify that you own the account, we delete or de-identify your account profile, prediction entries, points, leaderboard activity, preferences, and registered notification-device data where applicable.

Retention

We may retain limited information only where required by law or needed to address security, fraud, or compliance obligations. We do not delete an account until ownership has been verified.
